Houston has a new Mayor! Sylevester Turner, takes oath and gives the inaugural speech today at Jones Hall, in Houston, Tx. Mayor Turner speaks of his childhood where he was inspired to never give up on his dreams. Click here to view the full speech captured by ABC13. Mayor Turner says that he strives to make Houston "The best place to live on this planet". The public inauguration was filled with attendance from politicians, former mayors and their wives and most of all, the Mayor's close family and friends, including his daughter, Ashley Paige Turner, as they stand by in support of the city.
