Rachel Dolezal Faces Scrutiny after Truth Revealed that She is NOT Black
They often say, "Be careful what you ask for" and in Rachel Dolezal, I wonder, is she regretting the years of stating that she was of an African American Decent. This unfortunate twist started when Dolezal was approached by a reporter asking, is she Black? Although she was able to walk away from that journalist, unfortunately, when everyone was able to see the interview via social networks, the calm, quickly became the storm in Rachel's life.

Now although many aren't sure why Ms. Dolezal has gone years stating that she is in fact a black woman, we should NOT ignore the fact that she has done alot for the Black Community, supporting the NAACP, who stands behind Ms. Dolezal. She was going to address the entire issue on this Evening, however, the SPokane NAACP Chapter, posted via Facebook, that the meeting has been postponed:
"Due to the need to continue discussion with regional and national NAACP leaders, tomorrow's meeting is postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time."
Hopefully, with all other things that come as a shocker to the world through social media, this too will past, and what will remain important, is the work that is being done in the offices of the NAACP.

Reports are going around that Ms. Dolezal has in fact, resigned. Is it just me, or does anyone else feel that her resigning is really what some wanted. In order to take what some one chooses to do in their personal life and turn it around and add it to their professional life is quite sad. Not only that, who will now continue to work on the progress that was made on behalf of Ms. Rachel.
