TNG Recap: RHOA Drama Phaedra Caught Cheating

So on this Sunday nights show of one of our favorite shows, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Phaedra is in what some would consider the “hot seat”. Not because of something that we all know as fact, but because 3rd party rumors spread by the “new” Cynthia Bailey & Kenya Moore. I say “new” because this season, Cynthia is showing a side of her character that we all have never nor would I ever have liked to see. In one of Apollo’s “moments” he shared with Cynthia’s husband, Peter, that Phaedra had been sharing text messages back in forth with some guy from Africa that she calls, “Chocolate”. Now, let me get you all caught up. Apollo is supposed to be heading to jail to start his sentence for embezzlement. Did we fail to mention that his co-conspirator is a “female” who he stated to be his “ride or die”. It doesn’t stop there.

In several episodes, we see Apollo and Phaedra in conversational arguments, where Phaedra reminds Apollo that he is welcome to see his kids and speak with her, IF he chose to come home at night rather than out in the clubs partying. Now…. That’s enough for me right now to continue my point.

When Cynthia discussed Phaedra’s personal business with Kenya, yall SHE STARTED CRYING!!! Screaming, “You (Phaedra) have NO RIGHT to call me a whore”!!!! Now, is it just me or is NOBODY still on TWO SEASONS AGO when Kenya was called a whore. We REALLY need her to move on from that. But since she wants to discuss it let us start. When Kenya first joined the show on several of her interviews, she talks about how “fine” Apollo is. She plays AND flirts with him constantly through out the season, texts and talks with him WITHOUT Phaedra being aware of these conversations. YET, EVERYONE ELSE called her a whore. Well WE here at TNG sure aren’t either. We are just watching the show.

Moving On. During dinner Cynthia horribly attempts to start the drama by saying we all shouldn’t call each other whores because Apollo talked to Peter and he said she was cheating. NOT that she stuttered ALL the way through getting her drama out. Probably because deep down she knew that at NO POINT was this her business. I have a gut feeling, Peter is not too proud of the way Cynthia looked. According to NeNe Leakes, she got the THUMBS DOWN! LOL.

When Phaedra points out that Apollo is lying just like he supposedly lied about the text messages with Kenya, here she comes, Kenya starts throwing out that Phaedra is cheating with Chocolate and before we knew it, the Southern Belle, Phaedra Parks was out of her chair with her hand bag about to meet the face of LONG TIME AGO Beauty Queen Kenya Moore. She gains her composure and she, Nene Leakes, Porsha & Kandi walk outside.
